Work Hours: 40 hours/ week (5 Days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing regular content listing operations such as scheduling live classes and exams, listing courses, and updating content for all product segments.
- Working closely with the Content Team to receive and deliver content for frontend listing.
- Coordinating with the Quality Assurance and Control (QAC) team to list and publish content that has been passed by the QAC process.
- Managing content-related operations using 10 Minute School's Content Management System (CMS), Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), Teacher's Dashboard, CMS-360, Amazon's S3 Browser, and future internal products.
- Identifying and addressing user concerns and Providing feedback to improve the CMS, CRM, Teacher's Dashboard, and CMS-360 as needed.
- Backing up and managing all approved content using 10 Minute School's NAS (Network Attached Storage) system.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to suggest new features and resolve technical issues within 10 Minute School's internal products.
- Coordinating with the product team to ensure the proper fulfillment of product requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's from any UGC-approved university (STEM Background)
- Knowledge of HTML, App Script, LaTeX/KaTex, or relevant programming language
- Proficient knowledge of G Suite & MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal as well as leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate
- A strong display of proactivity, ownership, and responsibility
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
