Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operational quality of LIVE and recorded content, ensuring smooth communication with teachers, and overseeing studio hygiene and other operational needs to support seamless production.

Salary: BDT 18,000 Employment Type: Contractual (6 months)

Department: Content Operations Team: Class Operations

Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Work Hours: 48 hours (6 days per week - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage pre-class requirement reports and ensure 100% studio setup readiness at least 15 minutes before class start time.

- Maintain studio hygiene, functionality, and adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Coordinate closely with teachers and class assistants to address real-time requirements during classes.

- Manage procurement, maintenance, and backup of all studio assets, props, and class materials.

- Track and update records on teacher schedules, class cancellations, and related operational data.

- Resolve asset-related or technical issues raised during classes and ensure smooth continuation.

- Coordinate recording shoots, offline center shoots, and post-production editing as required.

- Report operational issues and suggest process improvements to the Operations team for efficiency.

Qualifications
- Must be a university student (from any UGC-approved institution). Graduation is not required.
- Basic understanding of camera operations and studio management, applicable to both LIVE and recorded sessions.
- Awareness of current trends in the EdTech industry.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of content standards.
- Clear understanding of the 10MS vision to revolutionize education.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with adaptability to changing requirements.
- Awareness of how class operations integrate with other departments.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Zoom, OBS, Adobe Premiere Pro, and CapCut, along with basic lighting setup knowledge.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in media, shooting, or content-related work.
