Job Description

10 Minute School is looking for passionate Academic Content Researchers (Full-time & Part-time) to join our Publications team. If you have a strong background in Class 6-8, SSC, HSC, or Admission test prep across Science, Commerce, or Humanities, and love diving deep into subject matter, this is your chance to help shape the books and learning materials millions of students rely on. In this role, you’ll work closely with our team to research topics, conduct quality assurance, and build high-quality academic resources for students across Bangladesh. Full-Time

Salary: BDT 25,000 - BDT 40,000 (Based on Experience)

Probation Period: 6 Months Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Weekends: Friday & Saturday Experience Required: 0-2 years in publication content research and teaching

Part-Time

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Working hours)Modality: 6-Month Contractual (Probability of becoming permanent) Working Hours: Flexible (20 hours - 30 hours/week) Experience Required: 0-2 years in publication content research and teaching

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research, write, and translate academic content and manuscripts tailored for Class 6–8, SSC, HSC, and Admission prep books. 2. Proofread and edit materials to ensure strict alignment with current board syllabi, exam patterns, and curriculum standards.

3. Check concepts, formulas, formatting, and solution accuracy before sending to print.

4. Work directly with writers, typists, and designers to keep book projects on schedule.

5. Solve and refine complex subject problems and maintain clear documentation.

6. Maintain version control, documentation, and weekly progress updates

Qualifications

- Undergraduate students from UGC Approved universities are encouraged to apply for part-time roles. - General Track: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Bangla, International Relations (IR), Political Science, Sociology, Public Administration, or History preferred.

- Science Track: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, ICT, or related STEM fields (ICT/EEE graduates preferred).

- Commerce Track: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s/MBA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related subjects.

- Humanities Track: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Economics, or related subjects.

- 0–2 years of experience in Academic Content Research, Curriculum Development, and Academic Book Design
