We achieved the milestone in the  Pre-Series A funding round, raising Tk 61 crore with support from Conjunction Capital, Peak XV's Surge (previously Sequoia Capital India), and other prominent investors. This brings our total funding to Tk 78 crore, marking the highest seed-stage funding for a Bangladeshi startup.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist (Senior Executive) is a broad, ownership-heavy role spanning the full talent and people-operations spectrum at 10MS. The incumbent is simultaneously an HR Generalist, a hands-on operator and builder across Talent Acquisition, Central HR Operations, C&B, Partnerships and HR systems, including AI-driven automation. This role suits someone who can advise senior leaders on people strategy and personally build and run the systems, processes, and analytics that scale it. The position carries end-to-end accountability, not coordination support, across each functional area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to exit, keeping employee records accurate and audit-ready. - Coach managers on performance and people decisions, and turn HR data into clear recommendations for leadership.

- Run the full hiring process for the company.  Planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.

- Improve hiring speed and quality, and lead employer branding to attract strong talent.

- Standardize and improve core HR processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).

- Run accurate, on-time monthly payroll and automate it to cut manual work and errors.

- Manage employee benefits, group insurance, and partnerships. Claims, renewals, vendor management, and B2B perks.

- Administer Google Workspace, HRIS system, build HR analytics, and lead AI projects that automate and scale HR work.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.

- 2-3 years of proven & progressive HR experience in a high-growth environment.

- High level proficiency in G-Suites and AI tools.

- Proven track record leading tech recruitment (Engineering, Product, Data, Design).

- Hands-on experience running payroll and benefits administration with full statutory and internal compliance.

- Strong command of recruitment and HR metrics, with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insight.

- Excellent stakeholder management and the credibility to partner with senior leaders.

Good to have

- Experience in EdTech, technology, or other fast-scaling, multi-entity organizations.

- Understanding of different technology stacks.

- Hands-on ability to build HR tooling and automation.

- Familiarity with competency-based / structured interviewing methodologies and frameworks.

- Experience administering Google Workspace or comparable systems at an organizational level.

- Builder mindset.
