- Manage day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to exit, keeping employee records accurate and audit-ready.
- Coach managers on performance and people decisions, and turn HR data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Run the full hiring process for the company. Planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and closing.
- Improve hiring speed and quality, and lead employer branding to attract strong talent.
- Standardize and improve core HR processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).
- Run accurate, on-time monthly payroll and automate it to cut manual work and errors.
- Manage employee benefits, group insurance, and partnerships. Claims, renewals, vendor management, and B2B perks.
- Administer Google Workspace, HRIS system, build HR analytics, and lead AI projects that automate and scale HR work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven & progressive HR experience in a high-growth environment.
- High level proficiency in G-Suites and AI tools.
- Proven track record leading tech recruitment (Engineering, Product, Data, Design).
- Hands-on experience running payroll and benefits administration with full statutory and internal compliance.
- Strong command of recruitment and HR metrics, with the ability to turn operational data into actionable insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the credibility to partner with senior leaders.
