Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports from multiple DBs
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Troubleshooting
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources and security
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Performing requirements analysis
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Cohort Analysis
- Key metric tracking and followup
- A/B testing & Hypothesis testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline wpuld be a plus (Statistics, Data Science, CSE etc.)
- 6 months to 1 year of working experience
- Strong knowledge of statistics (e.g., A/B testing, hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, etc.)
- Proficiency in BI data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra is a plus.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel)
- Proficiency with Python or R for data analytics (e.g. pandas, matplotlib, dplyr)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tell stories with data, and deliver data-driven insights to different types of audiences.
