Job Description


The Admission Officer plays a vital role in engaging with potential learners and their parents, providing guidance on program selection, facilitating the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition for learners into the learning center's programs.

 

Salary: 20,000 BDT + (sales incentive)
Modality: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: 6 Days/week Working Hours: 48 hours/week
Location: Anywhere in Dhaka 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with prospective learners and parents to assess their educational needs and guide them in making informed decisions. - Ensure effective communication regarding the organization's programs, services, and facilities, resolving queries promptly and professionally. - Lead learners and parents through the complete admissions process, from submitting applications to scheduling assessments or interviews. - Follow up with prospective learners to resolve any questions or doubts about the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition. - Provide ongoing support to paid batch learners, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. - Serve as the primary point of contact for learners and parents, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. - Oversee administrative tasks such as teacher attendance tracking, appointment scheduling, meeting room coordination, and maintaining office supply inventories.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or graduated from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh
Previous experience in customer experience, telesales, or offline sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with learners and parents.
- An empathetic approach to understanding the needs and concerns of prospective learners and their families.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and academic requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools for managing student inquiries and applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate student schedules and admissions events.
