Content Specialist, IELTS

Job Description We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to support the development and delivery of our IELTS and English Foundation courses. The role involves creating and updating learning materials, conducting class observations and reporting on teaching quality, researching IELTS exam formats to develop in-house content, managing day-to-day course operations, teaching classes, assessing student performance, and collaborating with the Marketing and Media team to ensure the academic accuracy of promotional materials and campaigns.


Salary: BDT 25,000 - BDT 30,000 (Based on experience)

Modality: Full-time, Contractual Working Hours: 40 hours/week - 5 days Contract Period: 6 Months Program: Content Specialist - Level 2 (IELTS & Academics)

Department: Content (English)  Experience Required: 0-6 months of experience is preferred (Graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply)

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update high-quality learning materials, including lesson plans, slides, and worksheets, for IELTS and English Foundation courses.

- Conduct regular class observations and prepare reports on teaching quality and student engagement to help maintain high program standards.

-Research IELTS exam formats and existing publications to develop accurate, well-referenced content for in-house preparation books.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IELTS CBC Course, including scheduling classes, onboarding students, and coordinating with the Customer Experience team to address queries.

- Teach classes and assess student performance to support learning and academic progress.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Media teams to brainstorm promotional ideas, webinars, and campaigns, while reviewing materials to ensure academic accuracy.

Qualifications-
- IELTS band score of 7.5+ preferred (7.0 acceptable with strong teaching and content development skills)
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging lessons.
- Research-driven and open to experimenting with innovative teaching practices.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
