Job Description
The supports front desk operations and regularly follows up with paid students to ensure smooth service and strong engagement. The role also assists with admissions support and contributes to learner satisfaction and retention by achieving assigned CLM-related KPIs.
Salary: BDT 16,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff professionally and courteously.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Keep track of teacher entry and exit times, maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any visitor or staff queries promptly.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms as needed.
- Provide information about the organization's programs, services, and facilities to visitors and potential consumers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.
