Job Description

The supports front desk operations and regularly follows up with paid students to ensure smooth service and strong engagement. The role also assists with admissions support and contributes to learner satisfaction and retention by achieving assigned CLM-related KPIs.

Salary: BDT 16,000 Modality: Temporary - 6 Months Working Hours: 48 hours/week (6 Days/Week) Department: Business (English) Location: Mirpur & Uttara Learning Center

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff professionally and courteously.

- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.

- Keep track of teacher entry and exit times, maintaining accurate records for attendance and payroll purposes.

- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any visitor or staff queries promptly.

- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms as needed.

- Provide information about the organization's programs, services, and facilities to visitors and potential consumers.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or graduated from any UGC-approved university in Bangladesh
- Previous experience in customer experience, telesales, or offline sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with learners and parents.
- An empathetic approach to understanding the needs and concerns of prospective learners and their families.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and academic requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools for managing student inquiries and applications.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the six-month tenure, Trainee Front Desk Officers will be considered for permanent placement as Front Desk Officers, subject to vacancies, with further opportunities for advancement within the Learning Centre.
