Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Specialist (Math) to join our Academic team at 10 Minute School. In this role, you will design engaging lesson plans and books that help students from classes 6–12 build confidence in solving and understanding General and Higher Math. You will work on academic material design, including lecture sheets, classwork, lecture books, and quizzes.

Salary: BDT 25,000 - BDT 30,000

Modality: Permanent Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Department: Content (Academics) Department: Math Experience Required: 0-2 years in academic content development and teaching

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead subject vision, book structure, and chapter flow for Grades 6–12 General Math & Higher Math

2. Ensure alignment with syllabus, curriculum, and exam patterns

3. Distribute tasks to Writers, Typists, and Designers; track timelines

4. Conduct content QAC (concept accuracy, tone, formatting, originality)

5. Write/refine complex math content when required

6. Maintain version control, documentation, and weekly progress updates

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree from UGC approved universities in Math, Physics, or Relevant Fields

- 0–2 years of experience in Academic Content Development, Curriculum Development, and Academic Book designing

- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging lessons.

- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
