Job Description

We are looking for Science, Business Studies, and Humanities Content Specialists to join our Academic team at 10 Minute School. In this Full-time role, you will design and develop engaging lesson plans and books that help students from SSC & HSC build confidence in understanding and solving problems in Science, Business Studies & Humanities. You will work on academic material design, including lecture sheets, classwork, lecture books, and quizzes.

Salary: BDT 25,000 - BDT 30,000 (Based on Experience)

Modality: 6-Month Contractual (Probability of being permanent) Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) Department: Content (Academics) Experience Required: 0-2 years in academic content development and teaching

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead subject vision, book structure, and chapter flow for SSC & HSC curriculum.

2. Ensure alignment with syllabus, curriculum, and exam patterns

3. Distribute tasks to Writers, Typists, and Designers; track timelines

4. Conduct content QAC (concept accuracy, tone, formatting, originality)

5. Write/refine complex math content when required

6. Maintain version control, documentation, and weekly progress updates

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree from UGC approved universities in Relevant Fields

- 0–2 years of experience in Academic Content Development, Curriculum Development, and Academic Book designing

- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging lessons.

- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
