Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Content Designers (Academics) to join our team at 10 Minute School. In this role, you will transform academic resources into visually engaging, structured, and impactful learning materials. By collaborating closely with instructors, maintaining strict design consistency, and leveraging modern tools like AI and workflow automation, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational experiences to students across Bangladesh.

Salary: BDT 20,000

Modality: Full-time, Contractual Working Hours: 40 hours/week (Flexible) Contract Period: 6 Months Department: Content (Academics) Experience Required: Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and visual presentation is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and format course materials, presentations, and learning resources provided by the academic team.
- Collaborate with instructors to collect, organize, and update course materials.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain consistency in formatting, and design across all learning materials.
- Revise and update course content based on feedback from instructors.
- Ensure all materials are accurate, visually engaging, and delivered within established deadlines.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and design workflows where appropriate.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, ELT, TESOL, or related fields.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Basic spreadsheet management skills (Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation to improve productivity is highly preferred.
