Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Lead in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the 10MS Learning Center. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and supervision across operations, sales support, academics, and administration. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline, ensuring service quality, and helping the center meet its financial and educational targets.

 

Salary: Up to BDT 35,000 (Depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Anywhere in Dhaka

Work Hours: 48 hours/ week (6 Days/week)  

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Branch Lead in managing daily operations and ensuring the Learning Center runs efficiently.

- Supervising the sales team’s performance, lead allocation, and revenue growth initiatives.

- Prepare staff schedules, monitor task execution, and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned responsibilities.

- Act as a point of contact for staff, students, and parents to resolve routine issues and escalate critical matters when required

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and security of center premises and assets.

- Assist in inventory management, purchase requisitions, and stock tracking.

- Monitor daily cash transactions and support monthly budgeting and expense tracking.

- Maintain and update office records, including admissions, accounts, attendance (teachers and students), and asset registers.

- Coordinate closely with teachers to ensure smooth academic operations and student satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any UGC approved university in the country.

- 1+ year of experience in operations, center management, administration, or a similar role (educational setting preferred).

- Prior exposure to sales coordination or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

- Basic understanding of financial processes, cash handling, and inventory management.

- Proficient in G-Suite; familiarity with management systems is a plus.

- Willingness to travel or work across different centers if required.
