- Support the Branch Lead in managing daily operations and ensuring the Learning Center runs efficiently.
- Supervising the sales team’s performance, lead allocation, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor task execution, and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned responsibilities.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, students, and parents to resolve routine issues and escalate critical matters when required
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, cleanliness, and security of center premises and assets.
- Assist in inventory management, purchase requisitions, and stock tracking.
- Monitor daily cash transactions and support monthly budgeting and expense tracking.
- Maintain and update office records, including admissions, accounts, attendance (teachers and students), and asset registers.
- Coordinate closely with teachers to ensure smooth academic operations and student satisfaction.
