Work Hours: 48 Hours/Week (6 Days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 36 engaging IELTS classes per month using Smartboard, covering all four skills – Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
- Design and update IELTS learning materials, including practice tests, study guides, and skill-specific content.
- Provide one-on-one support to registered IELTS students through the IELTS Care Unit, helping them with strategies, time management, and performance tracking.
- Take and evaluate mock tests, giving students clear feedback to improve their readiness.
- Assist the main teacher during classes by answering student questions and ensuring smooth class delivery.
- Hold separate doubt-solving sessions to clarify student confusion and reinforce key IELTS concepts.
- Actively respond to student queries in the Social Media community and maintain consistent engagement.
- Ensure content excellence and instructional integrity across all English courses, including IELTS and other supportive/non-supportive English products.
Qualifications
The incumbent will need to have the following:
- Certified IELTS trainer with a Band Score of 8.0 and above.
- Bachelor's or Master’s in any discipline from a reputable institution (English / TESOL / Applied Linguistics preferred)
- Experience in teaching IELTS or similar standardized tests
- Strong spoken English, child-centred classroom presence, adaptability, and content writing
- Experience in educational content development and curriculum design
- Knowledge of IELTS exam registration processes and requirements
