Job Description
We're looking for an extremely versatile and adaptive individual to help grow existing HR operations and actively drive new initiatives in a fast-moving start-up culture. Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR tasks, including recruitment, performance management, employee documentation, and handling routine requisitions.
- Assist in the research, coordination, and execution of new and ongoing HR projects.
- Manage and maintain employee information databases, ensuring they are up-to-date with current requirements.
- Update recruitment databases, tracking progress across all recruitment stages.
- Aid in the ideation of new HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace.
- Handle regular project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to streamline project communication and support timely completion.
